Sigma Artist Talk with Anders Petersen at Fotografiska Stockholm

Sigma invites you to an afternoon with photographer Anders Petersen, an icon of Swedish photography known for his intense, intimate portrayals of people and places. The conversation will be moderated by designer and curator Greger Ulf Nilson.

Anders Petersen sees the world through the camera lens. He meets the people he photographs with an open, permissive curiosity and has an uncanny ability to capture a moment in a split second. A moment that reminds us we’re connected: that there are bonds between us that can’t always be explained scientifically, but that we all sense and recognize when someone manages to preserve them in a photograph.
